I wanted to draw something cute for Halloween , so I decided to draw one of the new Pokémon Mimikkyu, I love how he's the Pokémon version of Casper knowing that most ghost Pokémon have creepy backstories >w<

Before I give a critique, I just want to say that this is possibly the cutest pokemon drawing I have seen!!! >U<
Alright, let's, uh, do this critique thing. ^ ^
First off, you did great with the colors. They all go together very nicely, and they're actually quite pleasing to the viewer's eye. Wonderful choice for the background by the way; it gives the impression that the pokemon is floating in space, which, if it's a ghost pokemon, as you have said (I'm not too familiar with all the pokemon types and what they do), then I think it would be safe to assume that this one is probably floating. Just-- very good with that. Very good.
Next, let's address the shading. The edges of the darker parts of the pokemon are darkened as if suggesting there is darkness behind it, but the lighter, yellow-colored body's edges are lightened suggesting that there is maybe a light source behind the pokemon. If you wanted to improve this aspect of your picture, or one similar to it in the future or whatnot, I would perhaps suggest that you either darken rather than lighten the edges of the yellow part of the pokemon's body or lighten the dark parts of the pokemon that have been darkened. Now, this is only a suggestion.
As I have said, I'm none too familiar with pokemon types and what they do, so for all I know, maybe the lighting that hits the pokemon behaves just as you have depicted since it's a ghost type. I don't know; I'm not you with your brain. I don't know what you were thinking when you made this, so I have no idea whether the lighting is exactly how you wanted it to be or if you meant it to be one way but ended up another. You could tell me that everything is as it should be, and I would happily go along and agree with you because you're the artist and you know what you want.
Welp, I do believe that is all that I have to say. ^ ^
If you make more pokemon pictures, I certainly look forward to seeing them in the future!!!
